HR Administrator will undertake various HR administrative duties. An important part of this role will be to assist the HR team in their daily activities as needed and act as a liaison for employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll assist in the creation of policies, processes, and documents, as needed. HR assistant skills we’re looking for include excellent organizational ability, familiarity with HRIS and strong communication skills. To be an ideal candidate you should have some experience in our industry. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.

ENVIRONMENT
Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in all areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, must be careful while performing onsite services.
